Lead Pastors/Senior Leadership Team

Roman & Sophia Trachuk are the lead pastors of Kingdom Movement in Vancouver, Washington. Roman had a radical encounter with Jesus at the age of 16 that transformed his life and launched him into national and international ministry. He has traveled extensively and impacting the world with the message of the Kingdom.

They are entrepreneurs and in ministry and have a heart is to lead and empower the next generation to intimately know Jesus Christ.

They have been married since 2007 and have 4 daughters. The whole family deeply share the same desire to bring God’s love and hope wherever they go.

Senior Leadership Team / Director of KMSM (Vik) / Worship Pastor (Anastasia)

Vik and Anastasia have a deep conviction to equip people to know Jesus intimately and become like Him. Vik is the founder of Kingdom Movement School of Ministry. As a minister and teacher, he is known for his bold and uncompromising approach to God’s Word. His message positions believers to see God as a loving Father and to walk in the fullness of their identity.

Anastasia is a worship leader and songwriter sold out in her yes to Jesus. She is also the founder of WILD, a ministry that activates women to step into their rightful place in the Kingdom so they can lead in the sphere of influence God has called them to.

Together they have helped establish three churches and two Bible schools. They dream about seeing a great move of God sweep through the Pacific Northwest where they currently reside with their family since 2019. They have two biological daughters and are also foster parents.

On their days off they love spending time with family and friends, taking nature walks, and hosting people at their table.

Senior Leadership Team/Life Group Pastors

Serge and Ali Durshpek have served in church leadership since 2001 and currently serve on the senior leadership team at Kingdom Movement. Serge is passionate about advancing the kingdom of God through business and the marketplace. Ali’s heart is for others to experience the heart of the Father and live a life of abundance. Together, Serge and Ali love people and have opened up their home to many. They are passionate about seeing the next generation discover their purpose and step into destiny.

Serge and Ali have been married since 2003 and have 4 children. As a family, they enjoy spending time together playing games, traveling, and camping throughout the summer.

Pastoral Team/Prayer Ministry Overseer (Margaret)

Brent and Margaret Thompson followed the call of God in 2019 and moved to Vancouver, WA to help start Kingdom Movement. They have been married since 2007 and have 4 sons.

They are entrepreneurs and ministry leaders with more than a decade of experience in Christian leadership. They are passionate about equipping believers to help them discover their calling and to operate with the fullness of God within them.

Margaret is an intercessor that also operates in a strong prophetic mantle. She gives her life to prophetic training, teaching, and equipping in body of Christ. They both burn with a heart for revival in the Pacific Northwest.

Youth Pastors/Crew

Bogdan and Lora have been married since 2022 and have lived in the PNW their whole lives. They are both graduates of Kingdom Movement School of Ministry and carry a burning heart to see the youth of Gen Z catch on fire for Jesus Christ.

Bogdan has served for five years in various churches and ministries around the Seattle area. He strongly believes that every believer is called to have a deep, theological, and living understanding of the word of God, paired with a vibrant, passionate, and radical heart for the presence of God and His mission on Earth.

Lora has been serving the Lord passionately since her life was radically transformed by the love of Jesus in 2021. Since then she has been growing in the heart of the Father for His children and is committed to represent the Father and reach people with the truth and hope of the Gospel.

Together, they are believing for the youth of the PNW to encounter Jesus, be transformed in discipleship, and be launched out to impact their sphere of influence.

Pastoral Team

Mark & Debra are ordained ministers who have been involved in various areas of ministry and leadership for more than 30 years. They are both graduates of Rhema Bible College. Debra also studied communications and theater at the University of Minnesota. She caught a glimpse of her passion to see heaven on earth as she led a team of worshipers representing 12 nations and translated their original songs into different languages. In 2021 they moved to the PNW from Ventura, CA, where Debra served as the Director of California Coast Bible College. In her spare time, she uses her certification as an instructor in “The People Code” to facilitate reconciliation and healthy communication in marriages / families, ministry teams and businesses.

Young Adults Pastor/The Move

Dylan Long burns with a passion for souls to be saved. His desire is for people to not just believe in Jesus but live like Him. For people, young and old, to move from a belief system to a lifestyle. Dylan has a fresh way of communicating these matters of life and death with a light, often humorous, ease. Dylan speaks from a position of a real lifestyle of Christianity, making his message rich, yet simple and accessible. Dylan wants to see the church equipped in righteousness and Jesus get his full reward!
